UAV Survey Scoping for Tidal Energy Projects

Juno Energy has undertaken scoping analysis to define the role of UAV surveys within tidal energy environmental monitoring programmes. The work has focused on identifying where drone-based surveys provide the greatest value, including addressing data gaps, supporting habitat mapping and improving spatial and temporal resolution of monitoring datasets. Outputs are being used to inform survey design and ensure alignment with consenting and environmental monitoring requirements.
